Good to be back

In the gym, that is. After about a month and a half of other priorities, I finally restarted the routine today. Not too bad on my first day out – completed the workout as usual, but left thigh’s a little sore. Hopefully it recovers by Wed.

I think gym gives me the focus and discipline I need, to clear my head, work things out, recover from all the batterings of daily life, makes me stronger. Amen to that.
