Bad morning meets skipping gym meets pasta craving

I had to skip gym today because it would make me too tired to get through all the AQs I still have. A bit peeved about that, esp after what happened this morning. I realise I’m really afraid of slipping back. I don’t want the gains I’ve made to disappear. It doesn’t help I’m craving pasta right now; the lethal combination of this morning plus skipping gym plus pasta may just take me round the bend.

Right now I’m going to try to resist everything negative and just focus on getting through the AQs.
